Forte School of Music marketing activities promote brand awareness and are designed to make the telephone ring.   Forte schools promote year round to attract new clients.   The Forte Promo fund, which all franchisees contribute to, funds various promotional activities, marketing materials, advertisements and promotional merchandise.

In addition to Promotional fund activities, Forte franchisees implement their own local marketing activities.

Referral business

In more established schools as much as 39% of tuition enquiries can be attributed to referral business. This is a testament to the success of the brand and the delivery of service by the franchise.

Planning and Profitability

One of the most important elements of running a successful business is good planning. As a prospective franchisee, it is important that during your due diligence process you complete a business plan and assess your potential profitability.  

Forte will assist you with the following:

  • Proforma profit and loss cash flow projection sheet
  • Proforma business plan
  • History of actual Forte school performance
  • Indicative expenses

Using these disciplines, you will provide direction and goals for your franchise business. You and your accountant will also be able to calculate your potential profitability.

The planning process is an ongoing part of developing a successful business. After you have commenced your Forte school, our Franchise Management Team will assist you in regularly monitoring and checking your plans to ensure that you are on track.

Training and Support

The following training and support is provided by the Forte National Office:

  • Initial training including one week of onsite training at Forte National Office
  • Ongoing training as required
  • Operations and Training Manuals
  • Ongoing telephone support
  • Regular visits from our Franchise Network Support Manager who will provide advice and assistance
  • National and regional franchise meetings and conferences.  

The purpose of these meetings is to:

  • Keep our franchisees informed
  • Offer training
  • To network as a team and create unity
  • Receive feedback and ideas to improve our systems and product
